Cancellation Policy
Session Booking All coaching sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance through the official booking page. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. Payments & Cancellations Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the full session. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. In the rare event that Jessica Meichtry must reschedule, you will be offered the next available session at no additional cost. Nature of Coaching Coaching sessions with Jessica Meichtry are designed to support personal development, mindset growth, and performance enhancement. Coaching is a collaborative and educational process, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Disclaimer Jessica Meichtry is not a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, or attorney. Coaching services are intended to facilitate awareness, goal-setting, and personal growth. Any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from coaching are the sole responsibility of the client. By engaging in coaching, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Confidentiality All personal information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, abuse, or court order). Limitation of Liability By scheduling and participating in coaching sessions, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Jessica Meichtry and JHM Coaching from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation. Agreement By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Booking Policy and Legal Disclaimer.
