MORE ABOUT ME

I’m an Olympic gold and bronze medalist, 12-time world record holder, and former USA Swimming National Team Captain. During my eleven years representing Team USA, I was blessed to experience incredible highs, painful setbacks, and the kind of pressure that reveals who you are becoming.
But I don’t share my story because I have life figured out.
I share it because I’m still learning.
I’m a follower of Jesus, wife, mom, coach, author, student, and human being who has walked through major life obstacles and continues to learn how to lean into discomfort, sit with uncertainty, and grow through what God allows. My journey has taught me that healing, resilience, faith, and purpose are not built in comfort.
They are built one honest step at a time.

I am the author of Swimming Toward the Gold Lining, an Adjunct Professor in the Sports Management Master’s Program at California State University, Long Beach, and am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching & Consulting at Concordia University Irvine.
Whether through coaching, teaching, writing, or everyday conversations, I want to share, support, guide, and help as much as I can. Not from a place of having arrived, but from a place of faith, humility, and deep responsibility to serve.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me exercising, drinking coffee, spending time at the beach with my husband, three-time Swiss Olympian Dominik Meichtry, and trying to keep up with our two young kids, Olivia and Sebastian.
