WHY I COACH
I don't always have life figured out, but I believe one of our greatest responsibilities is to turn around and help the person behind us.

I don't coach because I've mastered life.
I coach because life has stretched me.
As an Olympian, wife, mother, entrepreneur, student, and follower of Jesus, I've faced setbacks, uncertainty, disappointment, health challenges, relationship struggles, and seasons where I had more questions than answers.
What I've learned is that growth rarely comes from comfort.
It comes from showing up. Staying curious. Doing the hard work.
Staying the course when the path isn't clear.
I'm still learning every day.
And I believe one of our greatest responsibilities is to turn around and help the people who come behind us. To share what we've learned. To offer encouragement. To sit with others in difficult seasons. To remind them they aren't alone.
I can't promise easy answers.
But I can offer my presence, my experience, and a genuine commitment to walk alongside you as you pursue who you are meant to be.
